My Santa Claus is a celebration of inclusion, representation, and cultural joy. This event is designed to ensure that children from all backgrounds- African, Asian, Caucasian, and Hispanic, can experience the magic of Christmas through Santas who reflect their own cultures and traditions.

My Santa Claus is offering a space where every child can feel seen, valued, and celebrated! Through shared cultural experiences, we bring the warmth and wonder of the season to life in a way that honors heritage, identity, and belonging.

Registration will open September 15th, 2026

 The child must be present at the time of pick-up.

Eligibility Requirements:

All families, regardless of background, income, or ethnicity, are eligible to receive services through the My Santa Claus Program.

1. Children must be 17 years old or younger to receive a toy & book.
2. All families must register each child. Only registered children will be eligible to receive a gift.
3. If you register only two children but arrive with four, the additional two children must be registered onsite before receiving gifts.
4. If you register two children but only one child attends the event, only the child who is present will receive a toy.
5. Children and youth must be present at the event to receive a toy.
6. Infants are welcome to participate and may attend in a stroller or carried.
7. Families must reside within the Greater Tri-State Area or anywhere in the state of Ohio.

Our mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience the joy and magic of the holiday season.

By completing the Family Registration, your family will automatically be enrolled to receive free groceries through our community partnership, while supplies last. Eligibility for grocery assistance will be determined by Whole Again Food Services. At this time we have not been informed of any required documents needed for proof income status/eligibility.
