My Santa Claus is a celebration of inclusion, representation, and cultural joy. This event is designed to ensure that children from all backgrounds- African, Asian, Caucasian, and Hispanic, can experience the magic of Christmas through Santas who reflect their own cultures and traditions.
My Santa Claus is offering a space where every child can feel seen, valued, and celebrated! Through shared cultural experiences, we bring the warmth and wonder of the season to life in a way that honors heritage, identity, and belonging.
Registration will open September 15th, 2026
The child must be present at the time of pick-up.
At My Santa Claus, we believe every child deserves to experience the joy, wonder, and magic of the holiday season. We welcome families of all backgrounds, cultures, and income levels to join us for this special community celebration.
In addition to providing toys and books, the event connects families with community resources and support services. Some resources are reserved for families who meet specific eligibility requirements. To access these services, families may be asked to present a current benefits card, such as Medicaid, Medicare, or SNAP, during check-in.
Program Requirements
- Children from birth through age 17 are eligible to receive a toy and book.
- Each child must be registered individually. Only registered children are eligible to receive gifts.
- If additional children attend who were not included during registration, they must be registered onsite before receiving gifts.
- Children must be present at the event to receive a toy and book.
- If a family registers multiple children but not all registered children attend, only the children who are present will receive gifts.
- Infants are welcome and may attend in a stroller or with a parent or caregiver.
- Families must reside within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State area or anywhere in the State of Ohio.
- Additional resources, including grocery assistance and other community support services, may be available to qualifying families. A current benefits card (such as Medicaid, Medicare, or SNAP) must be presented at check-in to access these services.
- Grocery assistance is available while supplies last and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Families who pre-register may receive priority access to grocery assistance through our community partner, Whole Again.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and memorable holiday experience for every family. While gifts, books, groceries, and other resources are made possible through the generosity of our donors and community partners, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage families to register early and arrive during event hours to make the most of all the opportunities available. 🎄❤️
