Vendor Details
This year we have only 20 spaces available for single and double booths. Don't wait till its too late, get you booth now. Registration ends March 31st.
A Single 10x10 Vendor Booth is $500 or ($400 payment with a $100 Raffle Donation).
A Double 10x20 Vendor Booth is $1000 or ($700 payment with a $300 Raffle Donation).
Food Trucks are welcome flat fee of $500 or ($400 payment with $100 Raffle Donation).

- 1 meal pass each day
- (5) Free 3-Day General Admission
- Name Featured On The Event Map
- Ability to have an Exhibit Booth 10X10
- We ask that you provide items for the raffle / auction valued at $100
Double
- 2 VIB Passports
- 2 meals passes each day
- (5) Free 3-Day General Admission
- Name Featured On The Event Map
- Ability to have an Exhibit Booth 20X10
- We ask that you provide items for the raffle / auction valued at $300
Important Rules
- Vendor tables are non-refundable
- No table sharing or extending beyond assigned space
- All vendors are expected to clean up their space after each day
- Table can be unmanned but must be set up at all times
- Booths can not be Subleased
